inCentea strengthens its presence in the Iberian Peninsula markets with the integration of Extom Consulting, a leading company in the implementation of technological solutions specialized in native cloud solutions, headquartered in Madrid and operating in the Spanish market.

António Poças, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the business group, emphasizes: “This operation is yet another step towards accelerating our strategic plan, vision, and growth until 2030.” He highlights Extom Consulting as one of the key partners of Cegid, a leading software house in cloud-based management solutions, with which inCentea is also a partner.

The leader of the Leiria-based business group sees this acquisition as a guarantee of "sustained expansion," noting that the integration of Extom will allow the group to "increase business volume and expand the team," adding 20 more people to inCentea’s workforce.

The inclusion of Extom Consulting will place inCentea, already operating in the Lugo and Galicia areas, in a stronger position in strategic markets like Barcelona, Granada, and Madrid. This will bring inCentea closer to Spanish clients and partners, enabling the company to offer “a more personalized service and broader geographic coverage.”

Extom Consulting's expertise in native cloud solutions, focused on the corporate market, will provide greater value, technological innovation, and leadership in the Iberian market with the Cegid XRP Enterprise solution.
